Advocate Team - Work with clients through onboarding, each project cycle and all support. Protect the clients best interest.
Content Team - Assemble client website content in our Content Management System. Proof all content and follow our Red Book SEO Guidelines for first level Search Engine Optimization compliance. This position is not technical and will be proofing and structuring website content much like building blocks.
Creative Team - Works with all client and company needs for grahics, chatbot scripting, marketing materials and advertising.
District Manager - Chicago - The DM is the first position we hire in a new geography. We provide a 12 month training program that includes all facets of our operation. Graduation will earn you a title of Regional General Manager and you will start to build your team. This is a positon of great significance to our company and while we don't have specific prerequisites, we expect you to have some exceptional capabilities.

At our company, we understand that SEO is the foundation of what we do and everyone on our team is (or will be) an SEO expert. We don’t have any positions specifically dedicated to SEO because all of our positions are involved in SEO projects and therefore, everyone needs to understand the fundamentals of SEO and how it can be used to guide our efforts.
To become an SEO expert, there are a few skills and knowledge areas that must be mastered. It’s important to understand the basics of SEO, such as how search engines rank websites, how to create keyword-rich content, and link building strategies. It’s also important to understand the latest changes to the algorithms and how to stay ahead of the competition.
In addition to the technical skills of SEO, it’s important to be able to think strategically, analyze data, and understand how SEO can impact a business’s bottom line. This means understanding the bigger picture, the goals of a business, and how SEO fits within that. Knowing the customer journey and understanding how to optimize each step of the journey is also important.
At our company, we also believe in continual learning, so everyone on our team is encouraged to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in SEO. We also provide our team with ongoing training so they can stay informed and be prepared to tackle the constantly changing world of SEO.

We provide training for the tools we use and freedom to expand your horizons. Every employee will complete Six Sigma Yellow Belt training and pass the certification exam within the first 60 days of hire.
