Log Cabin Kits
What began as a website redesign project quickly evolved into a broader website infrastructure and migration project. The client, a manufacturer of log home kits, had an outdated website with limited content, small images, and a basic contact form that simply forwarded inquiries by email. We updated the website with improved content, larger and more representative floorplan photography, and a stronger overall user experience to better support visitors researching their products.
As website traffic increased, the client began experiencing recurring SSL security errors that occasionally prevented visitors from accessing the homepage. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue through the hosting provider, we migrated the website to a more reliable hosting environment, eliminating the problem and improving overall website stability.
Beyond the redesign and migration, we also implemented marketing automation tools to streamline customer communication and pricing inquiries. We built an automated monthly pricing update system and newsletter workflow that intelligently schedules email delivery only on appropriate business days — never weekends or Mondays. Visitors who request pricing information through the website automatically receive updated pricing on the first business day following the start of each month, helping the client maintain consistent communication with prospective customers while reducing manual administrative work.
Tree Services
This project involved a complete website replacement for a company whose existing website had accumulated significant technical and structural issues over time. Years of updates by multiple developers, inconsistent strategies, and short-term fixes had created performance problems that limited both usability and search visibility. Rather than attempting to continue patching the existing system, we designed and built an entirely new website from the ground up.
The new website was structured around the company’s primary service categories and emphasized their 24/7 emergency response capabilities across the state. We focused on creating a clearer service-oriented architecture, improving navigation, strengthening local and regional search relevance, and presenting the company in a way that better reflected their professionalism and brand personality.
Within four months of launch, the website showed significant improvements in organic search visibility and overall performance. Ranking keywords increased from approximately 1,600 to more than 2,500, while average keyword position improved to 26. Monthly search impressions grew from fewer than 90,000 to more than 200,000 impressions per month. Although click-through rate improved modestly, the substantial increase in visibility resulted in significantly more website visitors and a stronger flow of inbound leads.
Law Firm
This project involved a complete website replacement for a law firm facing several major technical and content-related limitations. The existing website contained very little substantive content, with many legal service pages consisting of fewer than 100 words. As a result, the firm had virtually no search visibility beyond branded searches, ranking for only four keywords — all variations of the firm’s name. In addition, the website was hosted in an environment that lacked the reliability and performance needed to properly support the site, and every page relied on unnecessary 301 redirects before reaching its final destination, creating additional technical issues that negatively impacted search performance.
We rebuilt the website from the ground up with a stronger content strategy focused on the firm’s legal service areas. Service pages were rewritten to provide clearer information for prospective clients while improving search relevance and content depth. We also migrated the website to a more stable hosting environment and corrected the underlying technical and structural issues affecting performance and indexing.
Within six months of launch, the website showed substantial improvements in organic visibility and keyword reach. The site expanded from ranking for only four branded terms to appearing across 151 keywords related to both branded and legal service searches. Monthly search impressions increased to between 6,000 and 8,000 impressions, while average ranking position improved from 40.4 to 18.61. With a click-through rate of just over 1%, the improved visibility translated into broader search exposure, increased website traffic, and stronger discovery across multiple legal service categories.
