Intern -  We will provide training and real opportunities for this individual to participate in projects.  This position will likely lead to full time summer work and future opportunities for the selected candidate. 

Advocate Team - The Advocate Team leads clients through the onboarding process, develops the scope of work for each project and manages all client support needs.  The Team's responsibility is to protect the clients best interest and make certain that the client and our teams start each project on the same page. The Advocate Team also performs the same function for our employees.  They manage the onboarding, protect our employees' best interests and establish the employee training program schedules.  Additionally, they manage our job rotation program and identify ways to keep our group unified in our purpose.

Content Team - The Content Team manages the assembly of website content in the project designated CMS using a layout and structure to meet the design objective.  They will proof and updated all content as necessary and follow our Red Book SEO Guidelines for first level Search Engine Optimization compliance.  The Content Team manages the Technical SEO Site Audits and all On-Page SEO Analysis projects.  This Team does not deal with server management or coding and there are no programming or system administration duties. Key skills: Writing for business, visual layout, SEO principles.

Creative Team - The Creative Team provides captivating visuals for all projects and oversees all marketing collateral and advertising campaign efforts. They conduct comprehensive research on content topics as needed and handle Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and SEO Content Audits. In addition, the Creative Team manages chatbot scripting projects, generating iterative versions of chatbot scripts for client evaluations. Key skills: Graphic and visual design, advertising, research, writing and analysis.

District Manager - Chicago - The DM is the first position we hire in a new geography.  We provide a 12 month training program that includes all facets of our operation.  Graduation will earn you a title of Regional General Manager and you will start to build your team.  This is a position of great significance to our company and while we don't have specific prerequisites, we expect you to have some exceptional capabilities.

SEO Experts

At our company, we understand that SEO is the foundation of what we do and everyone on our team is (or will be) an SEO expert. We don’t have any positions specifically dedicated to SEO because all of our positions are involved in SEO projects and therefore, everyone needs to understand the fundamentals of SEO and how it can be used to guide our efforts.

To become an SEO expert, there are a few skills and knowledge areas that must be mastered. It’s important to understand the basics of SEO, such as how search engines rank websites, how to create keyword-rich content, and link building strategies. It’s also important to understand the latest changes to the algorithms and how to stay ahead of the competition.

In addition to the technical skills of SEO, it’s important to be able to think strategically, analyze data, and understand how SEO can impact a business’s bottom line. This means understanding the bigger picture, the goals of a business, and how SEO fits within that. Knowing the customer journey and understanding how to optimize each step of the journey is also important.
